All products being sold at Bestdsp are guaranteed to be delivered to buyers within 30 days. Buyers can get a full refund if they have not received their products within this time ,and in most cases, items shipped from Bestdsp can be returned within 3 days after delivery.
3 Days Return To Us
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return its content to us within 3 days after its delivery date. Please ensure that the item is in good conditions and we will arrange a refund of the price you paid minus the shipping fees after receiving it. For hygiene reasons, certain types of adult products can not be returned if they have been opened and/or used.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1.Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

2.Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, public holidays and customs issues.

3. Un-insured orders that are lost or stolen.

4. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Bestdsp's control

You are eligible to request a refund within 3 days of initial purchase should you decide does not meet your needs.
Please contact us before returning a defective item, you will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
